SKY HIGH

I bought this skirt last week for 14.95 EUR (12.66 GBP) in H&M's divided section. It reminds me of the dress I am wearing here, which is actually also from H&M haha. It is a pretty simple design but it adds a little extra to the standard a-line skirt. Unfortunately it is way too cold to be wearing this right now. I am not sure if I'd even wear a skirt with tights right now!
