EVERY LITTLE WORD

A while back Christine and I met up in town on a Sunday to shoot content for the blog and to have a sneaky frappe at Golden Bean (23 rue Chimay, Luxembourg City). It is deffo our favourite place for a Saturday, Sunday or any-freaking-day frappe break. Check out a photo of the ones we had here - how amazing do they look ?! I should not have gone back to find my Instagram post as now I am crazily craving one. I guess I have to wait till next weekend! Which, by the way, is the weekend of the Luxembourg Blogger Closet (check out the event here) so come along if you want to shop some of Luxembourg's bloggers' bits and bobs.

Il y a quelque temps j'ai rencontré Christine en ville afin de faire des photos pour notre blog et aller boire un frappé chez Golden Bean au 23 rue Chimay à Luxembourg-Ville. Certes, c'est notre lieu préféré s'il nous faut absolument un frappé le samedi, le dimanche ou, franchement, à n'importe quel jour de la semaine. Voyez ici ce que nous avons eu: formidable, non? Je n'aurais pas dû regarder la photo sur Instagram - maintenant j'ai terriblement envie d'en boire un! Eh bien, je dois patienter jusqu'au weekend prochain, qui sera aussi le weekend du "Blogger Closet" au Luxembourg (voir ici). WHITE/GREY OOTD

I recently bought a insanely bright and wonderfully patterned blue blazer the other week (see the post here) and it was when I was in H&M clinging on to it that I decided I needed to brighten up my wardrobe. I keep wearing monochromatic looks because I keep buying monochromatic pieces! Christine spotted this loose tank top on the rails towards the back of the newer H&M store on the Grand Rue in Luxembourg and at first I was not convinced - I hesitated and leaned towards the black version for a split second - but I decided to bring it along with me to the fitting rooms. I love it. So much. Especially with these slouchy sweatpants and trainers. Pairing a white with grey is without a doubt my new favourite way to transition out of wearing black jeggings or skinny jeans all the time.

Récemment j'ai acheté un blazer bleu aux motifs voyants et audacieux (voir ici). Au moment de l'arracher au rayon chez H&M je me suis dit qu'il était grand temps de donner de la couleur à mes looks. J'ai l'habitude de porter des vêtements monochromes car je les achète sans cesse! Christine a répéré ce débardeur ample aux rayons vers le fond du magasin H&M dans la Grand-Rue à Luxembourg-Ville. Tout au début, je n'en étais pas convaincue - pour un instant je voulais en prendre le noir - mais je l'ai pris et je suis allée à la cabine d'essayage. Je l'adore! Il va parfaitement avec ce pantalon flou et des baskets. Combiner le blanc et le gris est sans doute ma nouvelle façon de me sevrer de porter toujours un jean skinny ou des jeggings noirs.

LEOPARD CROSS

Christine and I are running the blog with both of us based in different countries and sometimes travelling in between the two can get quite tiring. Alright, perhaps Brussels to luxembourg isn't a huge distance but it does take a 6h round trip to shuffle between the two. It would actually be a lot more time-saving if we lived between London and Brussels! Nevertheless, I spend a considerable amount of time travelling on trains and so I of course need a super comfy out. I haven't worn this top in an outfit post for so long but I usually whip it out for travelling - for both short haul land trips or long haul air journeys - and so i often look a little less than presentable. I can usually be found in a pair of trainers like this which having gotten me through the thick and thin of navigating and treading through the Brussels tramway system. I have a pair of Nike trainers but I just can't seem to let these Velcro/low cut white ones go!

Christine et moi, nous gérons notre blog à partir de deux pays différents et quelquefois faire la navette entre les deux devient un peu fatiguant. D’accord, la distance entre Bruxelles et Luxembourg n’est pas excessive, mais il faut quand même un aller-retour de six heures. Il nous faudrait moins de temps si nous étions à Bruxelles et à Londres! Je passe donc pas mal de temps en train, et pour le faire il me faut une tenue super confortable. Ça fait bien longtemps que je ne vous montre pas ce top-ci, mais je le porte souvent quand je voyage, tant pour les trajets plus courts par terre que pour les vols long-courriers. Et souvent en arrivant je suis loin d’être présentable! D’habitude je porte des baskets comme celles-ci, qui ont survécu aux difficultés de négocier le réseau de tramways à Bruxelles. J’ai des baskets Nike, mais je ne peux pas me passer de ces baskets basses blanches à velcro.

CHEAP MONDAY STENCIL VEST

Remember how I mentioned that I went on a cheeky shopping trip to H&M with Christine last week? Well here is what I wore: I of course had to be in a super comfy outfit and so I went for my Cheap Monday stencil print tank top, camel blazer and my all-time favourite trousers from Zara. I have endlessly been on the hunt for a similar pair as I am so so so in love with the way the fit but so far no luck! I also absolutely love the subtle jacquard print on them. It makes for so much more of an interesting outfit than a pair of simple black skinnies. I am dreading the day that I have to throw them out because of wearing them so much and them wearing down in the wash... Any suggestions? I've spotted a similar "new" style in Zara but they are just not the same haha.

Vous vous souvenez sans doute que la semaine dernière j'ai fait une visite imprévue avec Christine à H&M. Voici ce que j'ai porté ce jour-là. Bien sûr, je voulais une tenue super confortable et j'ai donc choisi ce débardeur imprimé de Cheap Monday, un blazer couleur chameau et mon pantalon préféré de chez Zara. Ça fait une éternité que j'en cherche un semblable car j'aime bien sa taille parfaite, mais jusqu'à présent je le cherche en vain. J'adore le motif jacquard délicat, ce qui donne un look beaucoup plus attrayant qu'un jean skinny normal. Je redoute le jour où je devrai le jeter après l'avoir usé ou l'avoir lavé trop. Vous en avez une solution? J'ai répéré quelque chose de pareil chez Zara, mais il y a quand même une différence.

PAUL'S BOUTIQUE SAMANTHA

Gosh, someone must be getting sick of me starting off blog posts with "here is another Primark find ..." but I honestly found so many goodies when I went to visit my younger brother in Cardiff a while back. So yupp, here is another post with a beautiful Primark find. There's still one more top which I might be posting on Instagram soon. It's more of a joke-y top, though. Click here for a clue haha. Even though the print on this shirt is quite loud, the black and white-ness of it allows for a clashing coloured print like the on on this Samantha bag from Paul's Boutique. Does anyone remember this post from about a year ago? Paul's Boutique have been evolving so much since then and I am so so so happy to continue to see new new and cool designs like this one!

Il y aura certainement de vous qui vous énervez à lire de nouveau: Voici encore une découverte que j'ai faite chez Primark. Mais je vous assure, j'en ai fait tant quand je suis allée retrouver mon petit frère à Cardiff il y a quelque temps. Voilà donc encore un blogpost qui offre une belle découverte de chez Primark. Et vous verrez peut-être encore un top que je montrerai sur l'Instagram d'ici un peu. Okay, il s'agit d'un top plutôt farfelu - cliquez ici pour en avoir une idée! L'imprimé de cette chemise peut taper à l'oeil, mais sa monochromaticité permet l'ajout d'un imprimé plein de couleurs, comme celui-ci de ce sac Samantha de Paul's Boutique. Il y en a parmi vous qui se souviennent de cet article d'il y a un an à peu près? Depuis, Paul's Boutique a beaucoup évolué et je suis tellement contente de tomber sur des nouveautés super sympas comme celle-ci.

BEAUTIMOUS BLUE BLAZER

When Christine and I met up last Saturday to shoot for the blog, we decided to pop into H&M to have a cheeky browse. Recently, the printed items in H&M have really been catching my eye and this blazer is a perfect example of that. As soon as we stepped inside, my eyes darted straight towards it and I picked it up without hesitation. I cannot get over how beautifully it photographs! Even though blue is often associated with sadness, the vibrancy and boldness of this blue print blazer lifts my mood beyond borders. Is it a bit silly that a single piece of clothing can have such an effect on how I am feeling? Perhaps yes, but I might as well go along with it and use it to cure the vicious cycle if monochromatic looks by adding one crazy print/bold piece to the look!

Samedi dernier, quand j'ai rencontré Christine pour faire des photos pour notre blog, nous avons décidé de faire un saut imprévu à H&M. Récemment, les imprimés H&M ont retenu toute mon attention, et ce blazer l'illustre très bien. Nous avions à peine franchi la porte que mon regard y est tombé dessus, et je l'ai pris dans les mains sans hésiter. Ce qui m'étonne, c'est que l'on peut en faire des photos superbes - vraiment je n'en reviens pas! Bien que la couleur bleu signifie souvent la tristesse, la vitalité et l'éclat de ce blazer me donnent de l'esprit sans mesure. Il peut sembler bizarre qu'un seul vêtement puisse avoir un tel impact sur mon humeur. Moi, je n'en sais rien, mais je suis prête à accepter l'idée et à interrompre le cercle vicieux de tenues monochromes en y ajoutant cet imprimé audacieux.

CO-ORD CRAZY

 

With the sudden heat wave that has taken over Brussels, I have been day-dreaming even more about my sailing trip off the coast of Sardinia which will be happening in just under two months’ time! My friend sent a super informative e-mail around about packing for the trip and one of the things he mentioned was to take a soft bag with no wheels which would need to be packed away once on board the boat. He also mentioned how with all of us being on the boat for most of the time, we will not be needing so many change of clothes for each day besides the couple of nights we are spending in Alghero towards the end of our trip.

As an avid personal style/fashion blogger I of course thought how on earth am I going to survive with packing very few options and then I realised that stashing a few co-ord pieces would be the best option and then just mix and match with other tops and shorts you have. I have always been a lover of prints – see this post or this one – and I have gone absolutely google-y eyed over the sets they have on ARK (insert heart eyed emoji here haha). I was definitely drawn to the dolphin print for a more fresh and marine-related look which I could totally imagine wearing with those Nike trainers. I am also falling head over heels in love with boldly clashing prints like this fuschia/mint green tiger head one. The great thing about these is that you can match the top and bottom but you could pack a few monochromatic tops and shorts for a entirely different look.

Since it will be mid-July and hopefully crazily warm whilst I am away on my trip I will most likely be packing a light-washed or white pair of denim shorts. If you are not that ready to delve into the world of crazy matchy-matchy prints then there are always the B&W options like the one in middle of my two favourites. Pair it with some leopard print slip-ons like these from Topshop and you would be good to go!

Avec la vague de chaleur qui a frappé Bruxelles je rêve encore plus de partir faire la voile en Sardaigne: moins de deux mois à attendre maintenant! Un ami de moi a envoyé un email avec plein de détails concernant les bagages à apporter. Il a expliqué qu'il faut une valise souple sans roulettes que l'on peut ranger facilement à bord. Il a ajouté que nous allons passer la plupart du temps en mer et que nous n'aurons pas besoin de beaucoup de vêtements de rechange, sauf pour les 2-3 jours que nous allons passer à Alghero à la fin du voyage.

En tant que fashionista acharnée, je me suis dit tout de suite: Comment puis-je tenir le coup avec très peu d'options? Je suis arrivée à l'idée qu'il me faudra des coordonnées que je peut combiner au hasard. Ça fait longtemps que je rafolle des imprimés - voir ici, ou bien ici - et j'ai les yeux tout ronds quand je vois les imprimés de chez ARK. Mon regard est tombé sur l'imprimé au motif dauphins pour un look nautique, bien sûr avec ces baskets Nike. Je suis aussi follement amoureuse d’imprimés qui tirent l’œil par leur audacité, comme celui-ci de couleur fuchsia/vert menthe à tête de tigre. Ce qui est de génial c’est que l’on peut assortir les deux parties mais que l’on peut jeter dans sa valise aussi des tops et des bas monochromes pour un look totalement différent.

Vu que je pars à mi-juillet, sous un soleil – espérons-le! – brûlant, je vais apporter sans doute un short en denim blanc. Pour ceux qui hésitent à se plonger dans un univers de "matchy-matchy fashion", il reste l’option de choisir un ensemble en noir et blanc comme celui-ci au milieu, entre mes deux favoris. Si on ajoute des mocassins au motif léopard comme ceux-ci de Topshop , on est prêt à partir!

SUNNY DAYS WITH ENORA ANTOINE

If you follow me on Instagram (link here) then you would have seen this post where I finally managed to wear an entire outfit with barely a hint of black! It was a lovely day and I was still feeling super cheery from finding out that www.karinablog.com has been been short-listed in the Company Style Blogger Awards 2014. Everything has been go so right lately that Christine and I cannot help but feel like melty marshmallows inside. Perhaps it also has something to do with the lovely weather we had over the weekend combined with a silly night out in Luxembourg City getting over excited when this tune came on. Do you ever get that tingling feeling when you just know you have a good year ahead of you? Okay, May may be a little late to be going through these thoughts but I seem to have slowly started developing a happier outlook on life and I also seem to worry a lot less. Wow could this be any cheesier? It is, however, a Gouda way to go.

Ceux qui me suivent sur Instagram (voir ici) auront déjà vu cette photo où j'ai réussi finalement à mettre une tenue sans guère de nuances de noir. Il faisait vraiment beau et j'étais toujours folle de joie après la nouvelle que www.karinablog.com a été sélectionné comme finaliste pour les Company Style Blogger Awards 2014. Depuis un peu ça plane pour nous, pour Christine et moi, et nous sommes vraiment aux anges. Il se peut que la cause soit aussi le temps formidable du weekend, et la soirée loufoque que nous avons passée à Luxembourg-Ville, où nous sommes montées au septième ciel en écoutant cette chanson. Ça vous arrive d'avoir le pressentiment que l'année à venir sera formidable? D'accord, le mois de mai est un peu tard pour des pensées pareilles, mais je commence doucement à être plus optimiste et à avoir moins de soucis. Okay, c'est une expression un peu tarte - mais c'est une tarte que je veux savourer!

HILLS

Now that the days are a little warmer, I started rummaging through my lightweight clothes which I had packed away at the end of October and one of those things was this pink blazer from Primark. I pulled it out to wear in the "Laurel London" post and I threw it on again to add a pop of colour. I tend to prefer wearing quite casual clothes to work and so this Sentinel City tee + thick black Zara leggings combo is something that I would typically pull out of my wardrobe after rolling out of bed at 7h15. I also tend to opt for trainers as I have I started walking back from work on some occasions which can take around 50 mins to an hour and so my little feet have to be super comfy!

Maintenant qu'il commence à faire plus chaud, je suis allée fouiller parmi les vêtements plus légers que j'avais rangés vers la fin du mois d'octobre. J'ai réussi à trouvé ce blazer rose de chez Primark. Je l'ai choisi pour mon blogpost "Laurel London", et je l'ai enfilé de nouveau afin d'ajouter un peu de couleur. Au boulot je porte normalement des tenues plutôt décontractées, et ce tee-shirt de Sentinel City et ces leggings de Zara sont typique de ce que je tire de l'armoire après être sortie du lit à 7h15. Je préfère aussi les baskets, car quelquefois je rentre à pied du travail. Il me faut une bonne heure de marche, et je veux que mes pieds soient confortables.

PLACE DE LA CONSTITUTION

Christine and I were in Luxembourg City on Saturday afternoon to meet up with the guys from Sentinel City to pick up two bits from their new collection, the first of which I actually wore in my post here. Christine and I then wandered off to the Place… where we found a little fair that was going on for the Octave celebration. I dragged her to the stall that had the duck-fishing game which I absolutely loved as a child and forced her to play with me, haha. At the end of our game we decided to pick two little "Shakesbears" in memory of our post dedicated to the commemoration of 450 years since the birth of Shakespeare (click here to read the sonnet).

I decided to keep it simple and, of course, monochromatic for this slightly gloomy Saturday afternoon. My top and skirt are both from Primark, and I do not know what it is about this midi skirt but there always seems to be a bit of a Kim-K situation going on. I should have bought a few more in a similar style! Dammit... I guess this means I may have to take a sneaky trip to Liège and have another Primark rampage sesh.

Samedi après-midi je suis allée avec Christine en Luxembourg-Ville rencontrer les gars de Sentinel City et de prendre deux articles de leur nouvelle collection. J’en porte un ici. Par la suite, Christine et moi, nous avons flâné dans le centre et nous sommes tombées sur une petite kermesse où l’on fêtait l’Octave. Je l’ai tirée vers la pêche aux canards, jeu que j’adorais quand j’étais petite, et je l’ai persuadée de jouer. A la fin du jeu nous avons choisi comme prix deux petits « Shakesbears », qui nous rappellent le sonnet que nous avons publié au blog (voir ici) pour commémorer les 450 ans de la naissance de Shakespeare.

Je voulais une tenue simple, et bien sûr monochrome, pour cet après-midi terne. Le top et la jupe, je les ai trouvés chez Primark. J’aurais dû en acheter plusieurs du même style. Mince alors, je suppose que je devrai faire une échappée à Liège et parcourir encore une fois les rayons de Primark.

I wore another one of my wonderful Primark finds from my trip to Cardiff earlier this year, with this one being a pink flamingo print top. I threw on my white blazer from Zara, which unfortunately crinkles so easily, and my stud/spike statement necklace which Christine gave me for Christmas. I supposed some people may be sick of seeing these black boots in outfit posts but I really do wear them that much. I actually do not wear any other heeled shoes to go out anymore as these are perfect!

J’ai mis encore une des merveilleuses découvertes que j’ai trouvées chez Primark lors de ma visite à Cardiff il y a quelque temps. Cette fois, j’ai choisi un top imprimé couleur flamingo. J’ai enfilé mon blazer blanc Zara – qui malheureusement se froisse vite – et le collier, cadeau de Christine à Noël, qui donne un look plus branché. Certains d’entre vous en auront assez peut-être de voir ces bottes noires à chaque reprise ici, mais je vous assure que je les porte très souvent. Il est rare que je mets d’autres chaussures à talons, car ces bottes-ci me vont parfaitement.

SENTINEL CITY SWEATER WEATHER

I absolutely love the spring season but one thing I have to admit to not liking is the fluctuation between warm sun-shiny +18°C weather to cold drizzly 11°C. It is almost as if the sun we had in April was too good to be true. I thought that we had managed to escape this year’s April Showers but surely enough it arrived this month. It is during times like this we all need a lightweight sweater, like this one from Sentinel City, to wear underneath blazers and leather jackets. Or for an afternoon of snuggling on the sofa watching countless episodes of the Mentalist, which I can often be found doing after getting back from work.

Of course no outfit is complete without a beautiful bag over your shoulder, and this one here is from La Moda. It has two big compartments with a zipped pocket divider in between the two, and there is a main zip which closes the whole bag up. It is perfect for those of us who carry way too much in our bags and need to organise things a bit. I doubt my explanation of the compartments made much sense but if you want to take a better look at the bag check it out here.

J’adore le printemps, mais je dois avouer que je n’aime point les fluctuations de température, de 18 degrés au soleil à 11 degrés sous un ciel pluvieux. On a été trop gâté par les jours ensoleillés du mois d’avril. Les giboulées auxquelles on s’attend au mois d’avril sont arrivées ce mois-ci. Par des moments pareils, on a besoin d’un pull léger, comme celui-ci de Sentinel City, que l’on peut porter sous un blazer ou une veste en cuire. Ou bien on peut le porter lors d’un après-midi passé emmitouflé sur le canapé à regarder des épisodes de "The Mentalist" – ce que je fais souvent en rentrant du boulot.

Bien sûr, aucune tenue n’est achevéé sans un sac élégant à l’épaule, comme celui-ci de La Moda. Il a deux parties, séparées par un diviseur en forme de poche à glissière, et le sac lui aussi a une fermeture à glissière. C’est parfait pour ceux d’entre nous qui ont l’habitude de fourrer trop de choses dans les sacs et qui devraient faire un peu d’organisation. Si ma description du sac n’est pas tellement claire, donnez un coup d’œil à cette image.

VLABEL LONDON

Last weekend when Christine came up to Brussels we managed to catch a bit of the sun to take photos of this beautiful playsuit from VLABEL LONDON. The graduation season is coming up and so I would definitely recommend you having a browse of their site as they really have some beautiful designed pieces like this one seen here on their Instagram page - how beautiful is it ?! Although I would say that that dress would be better suited for the grad ball rather than the ceremony otherwise you may end up look like you have humongous shoulder pads in your graduation gown, haha. There weather has been so temperamental lately and you can even see it in the difference between the warm/ cool toned photos here. I cannot wait to wear this playsuit again in Alghero (Italy) when I go sailing with a few friends in exactly two months time!

Christine est venue à Bruxelles la semaine dernière et nous avons réussi à faire des photos de ce merveilleux combishort de VLABEL LONDON. La fin de l’année académique s’approche et je vous conseille fortement de parcourir son site, où il y a des trucs très bien conçus comme celui-ci qui figure sur sa page Instagram. Je dirais quand même que cette robe s’adapte plutôt au bal des diplômés qu’à la cérémonie de remise des diplômes, sinon vous serez dans votre toge comme un footballeur américain avec ses épaulières géantes! Récemment, le temps a été très variable, et on voit dans ces photos la différence entre les moments de soleil et les moments où le ciel était plus couvert. Je suis impatiente de porter de nouveau ce combishort à Alghero en Italie quand j’y vais faire de la voile avec des copains d’ici deux mois exactement.

F21 BAG LOVE

Last week, I had a friend from over from England to stay with me for the weekend in Brussels, and she brought early birthday gifts! Whilst there were quite a significant amount of sweets (♥Percy Pigs♥) and tea, she also gave me this amazing white bag from Forever 21 - she knows my tastes so well! I decided to swing it over my shoulder when we headed out for an incredibly late, but incredibly tasty, lunch of burgers and fries. I also decided to wear my top  from the new clothing brand "Girls On Film" by Little Mistress. I am so in-love with the blue accents, the pattern and the cut-outs. I am especially loving the blue because there are only so many monochrome print tops I can justify owning!

I was so excited to see that the Cosmo Blog Awards are now open for nominations! La semaine dernière une amie est venue de l’Angleterre passer le weekend chez moi à Bruxelles, et elle a apporté des cadeaux afin de fêter en avance mon anniversaire! Elle m’a donné un tas de bonbons – vous connaissez les Percy Pigs? – et du thé, mais j’ai reçu aussi ce sac blanc phénominal de chez Forever 21. Elle connait parfaitement mes goûts! Je l’ai mis à l’épaule quand nous sommes sorties pour un déjeuner très tardif mais appétissant de hamburger-frites. J’ai mis aussi mon top de la nouvelle marque "Girls on Film" de Little Mistress. J’aime vraiment ses motifs et ses coupes stylées, et j’adore le col bleu car il y a une limite au nombre de tops imprimés monochromes que je peux ranger dans mon armoire!

J’étais tellement enthousiaste d’apprendre que l’on accepte dès maintenant des propositions pour les Cosmo Blog Awards. L’année dernière le blog précédent a été selectionné comme finaliste dans la catégorie "Best Established Fashion Blog". Cette année Christine et moi, nous serons ravies de voir www.karinablog.com proposé pour la catégorie "Best International Fashion Blog". Un grand merci à vous tous!

PIGEON PARADE

Over a week ago, I hopped on a train on a Thursday evening after work for a much needed long weekend in Köln. On Friday it was so beautifully sunny which was perfect weather to sit out on the Alter Markt square, just around the corner from the Dom, drink a couple of cold beers in under the sun and talk about all things blog related with a friend who has started an event blog.  I am pretty sure that that day it even went up to around 24°C! Unfortunately we were not so the next day when it was still a little warm but pretty gloomy. A slightly gloomy afternoon spent at the Zoo before meeting up with friends in the evening was the perfect occasion to wear this combo. I have been falling in love with this studded Zara blazer again which I think kind of classes up the otherwise casual and sporty grayscale tropical print top from Primark. I of course had to pair everything together with a black bag (this satchel here is from River Island) and my favourite leather heeled boots from H&M. I have no idea how I am going to wean myself out of wearing these so much. I have bought a new pair of sandals from Zara, though!

Il y a plus d’une semaine, le jeudi soir après le boulot, j’ai sauté dans un train à destination de Cologne pour un long weekend dont j’avais vraiment besoin. Le vendredi il y avait du soleil, et j’en ai profité en allant m’installer sur la place Alter Markt, à deux pas de la cathédrale, et boire ein Bier au soleil et parler de tout autour des blogs avec un ami qui vient de créer un blog "événement". Je suis convaincue que ce jour-là la température est grimpée jusqu’à 24 degrés. Malheureusement, nous avons eu moins de chance le lendemain, quand le temps était encore agréable mais le ciel était couvert. Un après-midi tristounette au zoo, avant de rencontrer des amis, m’a donné l’occasion de porter cette tenue. Depuis un certain moment je tombe amoureuse de ce blazer clouté Zara qui donne de la classe à ce top imprimé fantaisie de chez Primark qui est plutôt sportif. Et naturellement, je voulais ajouter un sac noir (acheté chez River Island) et mes bottes à talons en cuir préférées (H&M). Je ne sais pas comment me passer de les mettre si souvent, bien que j’aie acheté chez Zara une nouvelle paire de sandales!

PLACE DE BRUXELLES

Remember how in the last post I wrote how sometimes I buy something and then kind of forget about it for a wee while? Well, that kind of happened with the jumper I am wearing here – oops. I cannot for the life of me even remember where I purchased it but I have a strong feeling it was in Scotland when I was there last Summer or even the Summer before that. The V lace cutout is way too low on the chest and so a black tank top is absolutely necessary. I can definitely imagine myself wearing this jumper with a black leather skirt but here I decided to go for leggings and my Nike trainers to keep it casual.

Vous rappelez-vous que la dernière fois j’ai expliqué qu’il m’arrive d’acheter quelque chose et de l’oublier pendant un bon moment? Eh ben, c’est ce qui s’est passé avec ce pull-ci. Je n’arrive vraiment pas à me souvenir où je l’ai acheté, mais je crois que c’était quand j’étais en Ecosse l’année dernière, ou peut-être même il y a deux ans. Le col en V descend trop bas devant, et il faut impérativement ajouter un débardeur noir. Je peux m’imaginer combiner ce pull avec une jupe noire en cuir, mais ici j’ai choisi des leggings et mes baskets Nike pour un look plus sportif.
